Thats what I thought when I saw this. It has to be the hospital. The only thing about the writing is that it is almost the same as when rick see the sign outside Wiershire estates. | |

Actually them using at the hospital would be EPIC. Rick just waking up and still confused about everything sees the sign "What the hell?", he opens it anyways. | |
