They still havent appeared in the casting!

This is kinda a big niggle for me as it pushes Allen's relationship with with his kids,Andrea and the rest of the group to the limits when Donna dies,seeming as he was one of the original Atlanta survivors.

Any thoughts on this?

Hmm weird. Allen is an important character early on, I don't know why I'm not seeing it either.

I bet they will make it, probably just not in the first episodes, probably season 2.

I hope Siekone is right, I was starting to get upset how they seem to be adding token characters to appese every demographic. I read on one of Kirkman's latest interviews where he said they have the comic story down to a tee, only venturing out where they needed to add more things.So theres that!

I really hope Allen, Donna, and the twins are there! So much will be messed up if they are not.

I would almost not watch the tv show if they're not on it, but I probably still will.

Just to hear Darabont say how excited he is to bring in Michonne, Governor, and Tyreese got me very excited too.

mayhaps Allen and fam's role is gonna be replaced by some of these "token" characters.  different people, same effect on the group dynamic?

I have a feeling the twin boys billy and ben have been replaced by another pair of twins, Eliza and Louis. Since we haven't had any casting news for Donna and Allen, maybe the twins will come in as orphans? Although, I really do hope Donna and Allen make it to the show. That would help explain they psyche of when Ben kills Billy or in this case Eliza killing Louis?(I hope it goes that way, that would be creepier)
