When I first saw that cover, it looked to me like Lori had turned and was caring for a baby.  THEN we find it's just the chick nurse/doctor who was posing to buy time (bla bla bla).

well that cover was just straight up changed cause kirkman solicted it and then a few months later realized he wanted to do a flashback issue

Also might not be showing the entire cover like issue #48 did. They didn't add Rick in until after the release. Might not even be the entire cover.
