I kind of hope they line Shane, Carol, Lori, Carl, Hershell, Merle (just cause I want that over), T-Dog, Patty, Jimmy, and Dale against the barn and end them Valentine's Day Massacre style!  I'd watch the show if it was only Andrea, Rick, Daryll, Glenn, and Maggie.

Zombiehero..dude you are so mad this year sam kinnesen style, lol .. This is not the comic thats for sure but I have been enjoying the show, next time you watch it open your mind a little and forget the comic even existed

I have bro. I dont even care anymore that it's not the comic.  I long since gave up on that and I'm actually ok with that. The two episodes before this one were actually ok.  There was focus and reasoning.  Then this episode comes along and the "Already Dead spoilers are released and I'm thinking that the writers just don't know what they are doing.

It just bothers me as a fan of TV and zombies that the writing is so poor!  Maybe it's because I do hold writing on tv shows to a higher stander.  I'm just wanting them to focus more, give resolution and reasons for direction of the show.

yo you can always like not watch it if you dont like it, theres a thing called chaging the channel or just not tuning in, im gonna go ahead and say it was dale or andrea since they work with that darnabont a good amount, im hoping its dale, shane kills the old fuck and then gets killed himself

Carol isn't submitting nearly as much beneficial material.  Dale is ok with me.  Besides, Sophia gets adopted by Glenn and Maggie right?

In the comic?  yes.    in the show?  who knows, at this point?

I dunno about Carol or Dale, but they are certainly setting the stage for a show done with Shane. Something will pop off after some major revelation by the rest of the group regarding his latent homosexuality and desire to bum fuck/be Rick.

Haha, yeah, don't really think they're going to do the bi-marriage suggestion in the tv show (not that I think they'd shy away from the drama of it and the way it'd get people who don't follow the books talking, but Carol doesn't come off as utterly helpless on the show as she did in the books).

Could be Carol... There was a moment when Sophia emerged from the barn where I thought they were going to do Carol's hugging death early with her daughter.  I still think that would have been cool, and it would be pretty opportune to kill her off then if she's the Darabont peep in question.

It could be Dale with the way things are playing out between him and Shane.  They've set it up where Shane could easily be 'forced' into killing him to protect his reputation among the larger group.  I really want to see them do the hunter's arc with Dale though...

I'm also suspicious it could be Andrea.  In the general teaser for upcoming stuff at the end of yesterday's episode, Andrea appears to be taking Shane's side in what appears to be an upcoming group divide conflict through their conversation where he say's "He's [Rick?] going to get us all killed" and she replies "Then we have to stop that".  Things could come to a head, Andrea takes Shane's side against Rick and the others, and gets killed in the ensuing civil war.  Possibly...

I suppose it could be Sophia, since we all know she's off the show now... But I'm thinking that was coincidental and her death was planned before Darabont left anyways - since she already has other things lined up for her career and currently filming according to IMDB.  I don't really see someone her age being too terribly attached to her director/writer/producer.

I don't think it's Shane, particularly, as in his interviews he seems to express that he loves being on the show and dreads being handed the script where his character bites it (although IIRC, the interviews I'm thinking of were before Darabont was let go).  It seems to me like they're setting the stage now for his death anyways, but not sure if it's related to Darabont.

We all know Shane's gotta go soon anyway, but I don't know. I generally don't like speculating about what people did or said that's total hearsay >.< We don't even know for sure that this really happened or is just a rumor.
