well...lil bit of chit chat and a lil bit of zombie killing. Along with the creepy dude viewing the community from roof dop. He's alone and looks cool. Possibly the male version of Michonne. I wonder if he's the only one or if there's a group with him. Either way we're either looking at a new character to join them or to cause a ruccas. Should be interesting, No one has russled things up in a lil while..

So either that dude out there is trying out for Tim Burton's Batman (oversized and unrealistic hand cannon) or he's carrying a flare gun, which is way worse. You only carry a flare gun to signal for help or you're a scout and you have to give "the attack" call to you're counterparts in the distance.
My money's on a scout. Of course I'm sure there's going to be an influx of people saying this guy is Davidson or works for Lori - both of which are absolutely ridiculous. If he does work for Lori then I'm done with this whole comic, which makes me sad. Perhaps he works with Davidson? Perhaps it's the last remnants of the military? Guess we'll have to wait and see.
I don't feel bad for Michonne being lonely, Rick has given her so many opprotunities to be his close confidant, but she's always kept to herself. It might be hard, but she needs to learn to let people in. I think the closest she's ever had besides Tyrese was Carl.

Moderator Posts: 32 | Does that lone wolf look eerily familiarly to anyone else? Philip Blake couldn't possibly still be alive could he? The real Phillip Blake.... On another note I liked how Abe called out Michonne. "Who's fault is that?" Michonne is so emo

Well after seeing one of the future covers with the tagline "A Larger World" I think this guy is either Davidon or a scout for other communities

Glad others thought the size of that hand cannon was ridiculous. I had to do a few double takes and squint at it. Pistol or flare gun, why is he pulling it out?

Vin, if it is a flare gun and not some stupidly overzised handgun (unless he's a midget) then he would pull it out and have it ready to signal his group. Perhaps he's part of a boyscout troop and is always prepared.
SPOILER ALERT
I fully believe that this guy works for Merle. That's right, Merle is so awesome that he escaped the roof top by cutting off his own arm with a dull hack saw, used his mind control to send Zombie's to Grimes's camp after sodering his arm closed with a dirty ass pan, then he transported himself into the comic universe where he uses his mindcontrol to bring obviously dead characters back to life, such as Lori, Martinez, and Axel, Then he sends out a scout to spy on Rick and Co (because he just knows where everyone is with his highly intellegent Redneck brain) so that he can toy with everyone and then murder everyone, Series over on #100 with Redneck Merle and Chuck Norris walking off into the sun set stump in hand. This is deffinetely going to happen

Hmmmmm, could be Davidson. But I doubt an asshole like that would ever be out front in a scouting role folks. Obviously it'll have something to do with the upcoming story arc.

Moderator Posts: 32 | Haha yea I am kind of a ghost on these forums. I hate working so much. Spoiler!!! I agree, it shouldn't be possible for the real phillip Blake to still be alive. In rise of the governor nick blasted him with the shotgun and they even said that his body was being devoured... I just wouldn't put anything past kirkman. The release of the novel and Brian blake's true identity seem to be too much of a coincidece. End spoiler. Or it could just be Lori post op with a flare gun. Yea they still do plastic surgery during the apocalypse.

Just had a chance to purvey issue 92. I have to say 'wow' awesome. Kirkman seems to have his got his mojo back in this one. The interraction with Michonne and Abe was fantastic. Funny, violent and touching. They really are the muscle of the outfit. This is what nice panelling and quick dialogue can do. I am also impressed with his use of still imagery once more. The fellow on the roof. What a brilliant touch, you really felt the impact. He didn't over do the Carl angle either it was a sharp shock and boom. We are over it bang no sermons. A good comic is one in which you can block the words and follow the visuals. The words are appendages really, this is how this issue worked and it seems to have worked well. I think there needs to be irrelevant joyful banter at times. But this is by far the best use of melodrama that I have seen in a long time in the comic.

Now i really want to know which of the 3 new communities Derek's group came from. You know, the one that tried to take over the Community before No Way Out. if so, does that community know that Rick and co were the ones that took care of them. and how will they react once they find out? On another note, Paul could very be Davidson, and could be related to Douglas(brothers?). they do share the same last name. is it possible that Douglas never told anyone how Davidson is related to him? definitely. just sayin.

Yeah it really was. No BS the art and one or two words did the story telling and bingo.
