THE LIZ

I've been working on doing an animated puppet parody of The Walking Dead called "The Wobbling Dead." It's 3D animation, but I make the characters look like puppets which simplifies the animation and stuff. (I'm just one guy.)

You can tell a lot of work went into this project. I think you have done a wonderful job on this although on a side note, something about puppets makes me very hostile and angry, evokes a slight tinge of madness and fear at the same time. Great work though!

I love it! Make sure you really play out the giant plot holes and bad characterization

Not too sure I want to scratch the surface on your issue with puppets, SIEKONE. :-)

I think there'll definitely be some of that, ZombieHero, although my goal is to go more for laughs than biting humor (no pun intended.)

I'm a little bit in limbo right now. I'm coming to the end of my Kickstarter to raise the funds to get the movie scored, do the sound design and make the DVDs, but with less than a week left, it's looking iffy that it will succeed. If it doesn't succeed, that leaves me with the question of should I go ahead anyway and hope that a future attempt will be successful, or do I take it as a sign that there's not really an audience for it.

I'm hoping it'll manage to wobble across the finish line and I won't have to make that call, but I'm finding myself reaching that point where I'm kind of frozen in place, waiting to see what happens.
